Indiana University Foundation Showalter House
The IU Foundation Showalter House has become a landmark on campus. This occupied renovation/expansion was a 3-phased project built within a two-year schedule that also addressed the transition of more than 100 employees. A system-wide MEP upgrade was completed between phases two and three and entailed special security and mechanical systems for protection of artwork and displays. The new addition boasts high-end finishes and encompasses a Presidential Suite, resource rooms, administrative office, conference space and training space, and a “Grand Hall” reception area.
