Butler University – Butler Bowl & Canal Turf Replacement
The Wurster Project Team recently began work on the resurfacing of the Butler Bowl and West Campus Athletics Complex. The fields will feature Shaw Sports Turf’s PowerBlade system.
“Butler is excited about the work being done at the Butler Bowl and our enhanced West Campus Athletic Complex,: said Butler Vice President/ Director of Athletics Barry Collier. “The turf being installed in both venues will provide our teams with improved playing surfaces as we look to continue the success these programs have achieved in recent season.”
The West Campus Athletic Fields will be converted from natural grass to Shaw’s PowerBlade system and will host the women’s lacrosse program for its inaugural season in the 2016-17 academic year. The West Campus field will be completed by early September.
