In this method of project delivery, Wurster Construction gives the client a single-source of responsibility for both the design and the construction of the project. Along with in-put from the client, Wurster Construction selects an architect, engineer, and other design professionals needed to program and design your new facility. In addition, we select and manage all the sub-contractors as well as equipment, and material suppliers associated with the project. The Design & Build method utilizes single-source responsibility to maximize schedule and cost efficiency.
